After burning down a house, a gang of hoods are confronted by the Punisher who summarily executes all but two of them - Eddie Gands and his friend Tommy who is seriously wounded. Eddie manages to get Tommy to a doctor but he dies shortly after. For the rest of the night Eddie runs from one safehouse to another, asking for help, only to have the Punisher arrive and kill everyone. Eventually he confronts two policemen to give himself up but they refuse to take him in. After they leave, the Punisher arrives and kills Eddie.
