Without his powers, jail is far less pleasant for him than it usually is. "Civil War: The Program" - Norman Osborn watches Spider-Man's press release in prison, and doesn't like what he sees or hears. S.H.I.E.L.D. agents give him a chance to live by a different set of rules.
