| While in the Negative Zone, Rick uses his newfound mental abilities to defeat Annihilus and escape back into the correct universe. The Kree Supreme Intelligence helps him summon appropriate help, in the images of the Invaders from World War II. This buys enough time for Rick to use his abilities to freeze all Skrulls and Kree in their tracks, paralyze both races, expose H. Warren Craddock as a Skrull imposter, and end the Kree Skrull war. The Kree Supreme Intelligence then summons the other Avengers to his side for explanations, but Clint Barton does not come with the group. The Avengers return to Earth one teammate short. Captain Marvel was also forced to rebond with Rick Jones to save the youth's life. | ||
