Saga-----
Star-Lord and Ship are abducted and separated by a lightyear-long space ark led by a man named Noah and inhabited by two billion humanoids lving within the complete biosphere of the massive ship. Noah convinces Quill that the energy tunnel that carried him there was really a byproduct of a cosmic event they weren't responsible for, and that they are refugees from a destroyed Earth three million years in the future. Later, a revolutionary spy named Aletha privately reveals the truth that everything about them being from Earth is an illusion based on images pulled from Peter's subconscious and that they really abducted him as part of a plan to take over the real Earth. After Peter and Aletha spend the night together, Star-Lord is drafted as the leader of the revolutionaries just as Noah's forces attack in the wake of their ruse being uncovered. Star-Lord is forced to give up on his pacifist vows and fight against the sudden onslaught, leading to Noah's surrender and the abandonment of the plan to colonize Earth. Aletha then reunites Star-Lord with Ship and sends them on their way. As they're leaving, Ship reveals that she had been partially possessing Aletha the whole time.
