Hydra is led on a wild goose chase, where they soon learn that it's their own goose that's been cooked. "The Prize Is... Earth!" - reprinted from Strange Tales Vol. 1 #137 - There is a race on between Hydra agents trying to prevent a defector from leaving with microfilm and S.H.I.E.L.D. agents trying to get their hands on that same film. The race ends with Hydra in the lead, but that's not an outcome Nick Fury is willing to accept. "Sometimes The Good Guys Lose!" - reprinted from Strange Tales Vol. 1 #138 - Nick Fury tours Tony Stark's factory to find out about newly designed weapons that he can use against the Betatron Bomb that Hydra put into orbit. Before the tour is completed, Hydra attacks, kidnapping Fury and forcing (an armourless) Tony Stark into an impenetrable defense screen. |
