On his first mission, he and Fury are shot down over a volcanic island, where they are captured by Centurius, who has plans for world domination. They receive unexpected help from a film crew working on the island, producing "Return of Kong." "Today Earth Died" - reprinted from "Strange Tales, Vol. 1 #168" - Nick Fury is called away from his desk to deal with the arrival of an alien life form, who comes to Earth promising everlasting peace. Fury works with him, only to learn that his true nature is far from the manner in which he presents himself. |
