| In a story originally presented in X-Men #4, Professor X and his students take the battle to Santo Marco, which Magneto and his Brotherhood of Evil Mutants have captured, as the first part of his plan to conquer the world. The two teams battle, and it appears the X-Men will win, but Magneto leaves explosive traps behind. One might cost Professor X his powers! The other might kill the entire nation of Santo Marco, except for some unexpected help. And from X-Men #45 continues the story of Bobby Drake, Iceman, sitting in jail awaiting a trial. The sheriff holds off some vigilantes, but then Cyclops appears, determined to free Iceman and invite him to join Professor X! |
