Kevin Green, also known as the Ultra-Human Prime, has been recruited by the government to fly to the moon to investigate the strange energies that Washington believes is 'jump-starting' Ultra-humans. When he finally reaches the moon, after getting used to the lower gravity, he finds himself confronted with stone beings in the shape of the people in his life... his parents, Colonel Samuels, and even Kelly. They direct him to what appears to be the source of the energy.
