| Spider-Man attacks the mandroids attacking Iron Man, and manages to destroy critical systems in one of them. This shuts down the statis field supressing the Iron Man armour, and Tony Stark springs into action. Later, a private meeting between the Latverian ambassador reveals that Nick Fury allowed Latveria to try and capture the armour in hopes of sharing its secrets, but the deal did not include opening fire on civilians. Throughout this activity, we see flashbacks of an origin story since rewritten by the Ultimate Iron Man miniseries of Orson Scott Card. | ||
